1 Day Woodblock Printmaking for Adults

Service Description

Woodblock printmaking can be time consuming but at the same time, it can be meditative and rewarding to work with your hands. For this BEGINNERS’ class, you will create one A4 design with Black + max 2 colours. You will learn basics of how to plan your designs, transfer it on shina plywood, how to use carving tools, and how to print. In a small group of maximum 5 people, you are able to go at your own pace. You are welcome to attend with your child aged 11+. The fee includes the use of tools and materials, teas and fruits (and/or snacks). Please bring your own lunch and apron for when printing. I encourage you to arrive with some ideas for your print. *If you'd like to get on the waiting list without having to download a Wix app, please contact me directly.
